FYI:

When you are in the Events Settings page, the Event Settings collapses when you hit 'enter' and your cursor is in the Title box.

We have not rolled our dnn out yet,  tomorrow the beta users start. 

I think since this is for admins it should be the least of our worries.

Do you mean that the section labeled "Event Module Settings" (last section on the page) collapses? Doesn't happen to me, neither in IE nor in Firefox. What happens is that the top section "Module Settings" collapses, but that's a general DNN feature and happens with other modules as well (I checked this with the Text/HTML module).
