To add more information to this post.  Our Problem is The administrator of the site.. Sabatoged our site.. and we fired them.  Now.. here we are with a DNN site we can't control..  they have sabatoged the site now 3 times.. since we got it up and running...  We logged in.. and we don't have all the admin rights.. only some... So what we need is step by step instructions using the 4.8.2 DNN program.. as to how we can remove this troublemaker administrator.. and assign admin rights to ourselves.. or one of us owners of the company?    We are not very sav vy when it comes to this program...  as we are learning step by step.. We are being hosted by ihostasp.net if that helps any..  Please help

You need to be signed in as Admin or Host. Then you'll find menu items for user accounts and roles on the Admin menu. Note that the accounts page doesn't show all by default. Click the small "All" link on the page to see the full list of members.

Well,  if they come back to the site.. the will sabatoge the entire site again.. making it 4 times... and we don't want to risk that.. We have no clue what thier username and password is..  We have no "All" link on the page for a list of members... We don't have a forum or anything.. it is just a login to be able to edit the pages.. We are using 4.8.2 moduals..   Where can I find the members list in the database.. or is it in a form...  There has to be a way to delete members isn't there?

Users are in the database in the Users table but there are also related records in other tables but the Users table is the main one.

You can also get to the user accounts through Admin->User Accounts. On that page there should be an "All" option at the end of the alphabetical row on the top. <-- Sorry if that's been already covered but when we moderate we can't see the whole thread.

On that page when you see a user account you can delete the account by clicking the X beside their name.

EDIT: Okay after we moderate the post we can see the whole thread...... You have a user account on the site correct? Go into the Users table in the database and find your user account. There's a field called IsSuperUser and it'll be shown as either a 0 or False for your user account. Change it to a 1 or True (depending on what it says already). That'll give your account Host permissions and full control of the site. Then you should be able to get the old admin's account out of the picture.
