Hello,

I am working with VS 2005, C# and DotNetNuke 4.8.0. The point is: I have created a new

module using "DotNetNuke 4.8.0 Starter Kit" and changed the namespaces's names of the *.cs

files from (namespace) YourCompany.Modules.ModuleName to XXX.Modules.ModuleName, after

that I can't run the site anymore.

The error message is:

'ASP.desktopmodules_mmimoveis_settings_ascx.SupportAutoEvents': no suitable method for

replacement was found c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET

Files\root\c5f649fd\6d461629\App_Web_m1ki8ijl.2.cs

What's wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Kau.

Check the ASCX files as well and make sure they are referencing the correct codebehind file and namespace as well.  That is an easy thing to miss when renaming the autogenerated namespaces from the starter kit.  You *may* need to reset IIS as well after that to ensure it recompiles (it should recompile, but sometimes things get cached up strangely).
