I need to add a new column within Forum module, like this one -

You have to modified the source code by your self. The source is availible from the download page.

Thanks Matthias for your really quick reply.

I had another question. Is there any way to add text along with logo image which is displayed on each page? or how do I write ALT tag for that logo image?

Please reply soon.

You can use the header text of the module settings.  Thats the only way.
