Hello all !

have limited knowledge but have been using Frontpage + Filezille + Aweber and various other tools to produce low end mini type pages / sites - have a few domains and have a fair knowledge of good and bad sites - BUT HERE IT COMES - have used the DNN system on someone elses domain / server and all I can say is WOW! - Goodbye Frontpage !!!! - Have readied my one domain and then read the installation process for DNN - IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE WITH NO PROGRAMMING SKILLS TO INSTALL AND USE DNN ? ....... Let me have it !

Hi Nolan

I would say yes it is but there's a steep learning curve. My best advice would be to set it up locally on your own computer so that you can learn its ins and outs.

Im in agreement with Mike.  I know of people that do it, but it is involved.

Either a local installation or a remote installation in a NON critical, non public setting would be best.  For someone with no programming experience the local setup could be a bit involved so the remote option might be a better fit.  Regardless, have a look at the tutorials available out there and give it a shot!

I have detailed tutorials available on my site http://www.mitchelsellers.com
