I have just updated DNN from 3.3.2 to 4.8.2. Everything looks ok after updating.

But I discovered that the folder names does not appear in File Manager. Physically the folder is there.

I tried Synchronize Files, Refresh and even setting Auto-Sync File System ON.

I tried created a Folder, it appeared. The next refresh it dissapeared again.

Anyone can help me how do I get it to appear in the File Manager?

Look in the Files or Folders table in the database.  In a previous DNN version, there was a problem where extra slashes were added to the folder path, causing similar behavior.  This may or may not be your issue, so check the database first.
