Hi,

I am trying to install on Helm, this is my second time installing on this environment.

i have uploaded all the files to the root of the domain, when i go to access a .aspx page i get

The page cannot be found

The page you are requesting cannot be served due to the Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) map policy that is configured on the Web server. The page you requested has a file name extension that is not recognised, and is therefore not allowed.

I know its not a server issue as i have dnn running on another site, i have tried the mime settings for aspx ie, text/html and all i get is the raw html, does anyone have an idea on this, could do with the help

when you say you have another site running on the server do you mena within the same space i.e. siteroot/site1 and siteroot/site2

Or is it just with that hosting provider on another login?

I know you said your sure it's not a server issue but I would suggest getting your provider to check anyway.
