I downloaded the ActiveDirectory_01.00.03_Source.zip file , but there is not source code in vb.net or c# , there are only dll and ascx files

They are in the ActiveDirectory Source Files.resources file. Change .resources to .zip and you'll be able to expand it. Or you can install the source version on your development system and all the files will be automatically extracted from the .resources file.
