Hello. I set up a security role that a member can subscribe to. In it I allowed "public" subscription, did NOT allow "auto" subscription, set the price for it for $xxx.xx per 1 years and left the Trial Fee and Trial Duration Blank. All is well.... a member registers, goes into their account settings, clicks on "Manage Services" and the subscription is there. Now, if they click "Subscribe" it will take them to PayPal and have them pay for it.... great EXACTLY what I want it to do, however, if they click "Use Trial" it show granting them access to that subscription, the "Trial Fee" turn to "Free" (it was blank), and the subscribe turns to unsubscribe with a trial expiration date of the same day. If they click unsubscribe, it takes them into Paypal, but doesn't fill in the reqired information.

I guess my real question to this whole matter is, how to you NOT allow Free Trials? It is what seems to be messing up my subscription process. Any help would be great.

Did you try setting trial duration to zero?

Jeff

Yes I did. Still didn't work. I just can't figure out since I didn't put anything in form the trial amount and the duration was set to "None" then why it would do that.

I had to hide the free trial link in the .NET code. I forget which control it is, but I just styled the link inline so it was hidden.
