Thanks for your reply. I did this way.

  1. Log in as Admin and goto Admin >> Site Settings memu
  2. Expand the Advanced Settings
  3. Change the User Page to some other page (it could be a blank page or a page with Text/HTML module with text telling users can not change profile)

One thing to check though, is can a user still register now that you've done that?

  Admin » Site Settings  > Advanced Settings ->
