Hi Flomi,

What are you trying to achieve?  Are you trying to configure your blog so that it can accept trackbacks or so you can send Trackback pings to another blog when you publish your content?

I am tryibg to configure my blog so that it can accept trackbacks . Also, what should happen when we click trackback button

my blog is setup as follows:

Blog Options:
These options control your blogs features.










 

When displaying your identity use:

Syndication Options:

Use this email for the "ManagingEditor" rss field:
 

 

I don't have Autoping etc do I need it? When I put a url in Trackback URL textbox in edit mode for the entry and click update I assume the url will be saved but it is not. I am totally new to trackback , Please help...........thetrackback button shows up in blog entry but when users click it they get this error
