Hi

We are having major troubles getting the main menu to appear on submenu pages (for some pages only). For some reason on certain submenu pages the the main menu dissappears off the page for unauthenticated users. The problem is that this is only occuring on certain pages.

When logged in as an administrator all the menus appear on all pages.

Is this an issue in 4.5.5 as neither I nor our skin designers can work out what is going wrong???

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Stephen

Are these problems specific to a skin? Or across all your different skins?

Are you getting any javascript errors when the menu doesn't show up?

You might also be running into issues with caching, upgrading to 4.8.2 might correct these issues (if caching related)

I thought it was a new skin we had built but when we uploaded an 'off the shelf skin' from snowcovered the error was still occuring.  There are no javascript errors - the menu just disappears.

This is driving me crazy as no-one can work it out ?
