Hi all.  My first post on here after many years of building DNN sites LOL... I have fallen behind on my SEO.... so I have been trying to catch up on some of my skills.  Anyways, I wanted to verify one of my domains to use some of the google webmaster tools and I am having a few problems.  I got the verification meta data and pasted into my default.aspx file in the head section.... but the site is still not getting verified.... any ideas on where I should put this meta data so I can get this site verified?  Thanks!

Jason

If you're using a recent version of DNN there is functionality on the site settings page that will allow you to "create" the HTML file that google tells you to create as an option for the webmaster tools verification. That is the method I've always used.

Chris,

Thank you!  I will look into that.  Most of my sites are in 4.7 or greater... I appreciate your time!
