Hello,

We have created a website based on Dotnetnuke version 4.5.5. We are facing an issue that sometimes when we click on any link on the site, it leads to an error page.

When we examine the url we find that the 'www' in the url formed is lost as a result it redirects to an error page.

When we close the browser and open in a new browser or restart the IIS it solves the problem temporarily.

So is there any better solution for this. Please help.

Regards,

Sachin.

First, make sure that domain.com resolves to the same location as www.domain.com in your DNS.  Then make sure you have both as portal aliases in DNN.
