I am getting the following exception when I do a search:

I'm pretty sure that's fixed in 3.01.09. Steve fixed another search problem and I think it also fixes the problem you're seeing but I'm not near my development system to verify

EDIT: I just ran back to my office to check this and it looks like the exception is gone..
