Hi,

I am using 4.8.2. The [DOWNLOAD] token in the directory template works fine in IE but the link does not appear in the firefox. Has anyone seen the same problem may be can suggest a solution.

Thanks,

Tareq

I haven't heard of that problem before ..

Check the module settings and see if you have 'All Users' checked for 'DownloadRoles'. If you do not and are restricting downloads to only certain roles, make sure you are logged in using the same account in both browsers when you test. Is it possible you were logged in when testing in IE, but not logged in, or logged in with a different account when testing in FireFox?
