"dbo" is database owner  - the default owner of objects such as tables and stored procedures in the database. "AddDyFlash" is a stored procedure. It isn't dbo that the error says doesn't exist, but the stored procedure dbo.AddDyFlash (the dbo prefix shows that dbo is the owner of this procedure).

I don't recognize the AddDyFlash ... is it part of DNN core or a third party module? If it is from a third party module, I'd be asking the developer/vendor of the module about this error, or reinstall it and see if the sproc finds its way to the database
