Hi Guys,

So I'm trying to "jump" into DNN, so I'm following a basic guide to get me started. At one point the guide refers to:

Click the small down arrow in the upper left hand corner of the Module Definitions menu and select "Create New Module"

For some reason, I don't have that as an option. The closest thing that I see is "Create New Module Definition", which is a bit different than what the guide describes.

I'm following this page: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/custom-controls/Creating_A_DNNModule.aspx?fid=261591&df=90&mpp=25&noise=3&sort=Position&view=Quick&fr=76#xx0xx and I'm running DotNetNuke 04.08.02.

thanks in advance!

That article is a bit old, things have changed a bit in DNN since the article was written.

Michael has some other good articles on his website ->
