Hi Guys.

I'm wondering if it's possible to have add on modules for the store in the future...similar to the latest posts module for the DNN Forum.

 

Basically I have a Home Page and an Products Page which contains my store.  What I'm wondering is if one day we could have a "Whats New" or "Popular Products" add on that we can run on other pages.  Clicking on an item would take them to the actual store or item description.  I'd like to be able to have a Whats New module in my Home page that links straight into the store.

 

There may already be such a module available for the store, if so can someone post a link please.

I think you should already be able to do this.  Simply put a store category module on your home page, and set it to only display featured products or new products to the selected category.  to do this use the check boxes under category settings when you're setting up the module.

You CAN have everything you want in life....You just have to work hard to get it.
