this looks loke an error in your iis web site configuration, make sure, it is pointing to the physical directory, where you web.config file resides and that ASP.net is installed properly (after installation of .net framework 2.0).

Dear Sebastian

The .net framework is 2.0. I am using a hosting company that have several clients using DNN so I will think the ASP.NET is installed properly. I create the indexes with default.aspx as  default, and I have the same error.

Any other idea?

Best regards
