I have set all configuration before the installation, but the page as showed below. I only know it is a problem of IIS How to solve the problem.

Hi Victor,

The information you've provided will not likely be enough for anyone to help diagnose your issue.  Check your event log for any ASP.NET-specific exceptions and, if any, post them here.

Read the administrator note.  Follow it's directions.  Make sure you set IIS as an application and that you enabled ASP.NET correctly.  IIS help is at www.iis,net.
