Hi,

I just install DotNetNuke 4.08.02 on my server in order to test it.  After the installation it work well on my server but other station of my domain was unable to access it. so i decide to reinstall everything.  I re-extract IIS Folder content from installation zip, Delete Database, recreate database, set database access for the user and change de connection string in the web config.  (exactly what i did before as the first install)

When i'am trying to access the site locally in order to make it run the installation process I have the error message "The program cannot display the webpage"

Any idea of what is goiing wrong ?
