As you can see the white text in the black area is not all the way to the top. However I have top justified just about everything I can think of.

The black area is controlled by css and is a background image. With a text/html container over it.

I am at a loss and would like some help to resolve this

if you look at the source you will see a td with the cornered background at the top. This table cell takes some space so therefore the text is not all the way at the top.
