when users  login to my portal, the displayed date in incorrect. but it correct on the server.  help.

Is it off by just one day? If so make sure your sites general time zone is set to match the server / area you want it to be set with.

yup. off by 1 day.... how can i set that proper time zone? my Windows timezone on both server and clients are the same

i was able to change the right time zone under site settings... the prob is - if the user is an authenticated domain user it is off by 1 day. then if it logs out, it shows the correct date... but it it log-in again it is off by 1 day again.  help

make sure, the users specify correct time zones in their user profiles.
