Hi all,
i would like to know what's the scope of "Enable Language Parameter in URLs" options under Languages->Supported Locales:

This because enabling this options couse malfunction on a lot of friendly URL provider.
Can i disable it?
What will be the "collateral damage" ??

Thanks

friendly url providers should have their own implementation of a language param in the url, as this is among other things a SEO enhancement. If you turn it off, dnn will work just the same, with the exception that search engines will have more trouble indexing your site. At the least, you would open up multiple urls for single pages
