Hi,

I want to make sure users are forced to update their information after their first login, so under Admin/UserAccounts/User Settings I checked the "Require Valid Profil for Login" box. But it seems to be a matter of chance whether it works or not.

Sometimes I get an "Access denied" error after entering the login credentials, where the profile page should be, sometimes I do get to the profile page, but get "Access Denied" when I click Update. Sometimes it works though, again randomly. I've been testing with about 20 user accounts, and it worked fine for only about 5 of them. They are all the same type of user accounts, no special roles (other than registered users).

Any idea what could be wrong here and how I can fix it?

Oh, I'm usign DNN 4.8.2.

Vera
