I do not think currently there exist any great tool  for your requirement! :) just you can done it with the visula interface localization editor! it can be  found in the admin menu or host menu in your website!

Thank you for your comment. We have spent a lot of time in the search and looks you are right: there is not tool like we expected. This is why we started to develop this module. As soon it will be ready we will post it at the our site for free use. Hope this tool will help for many developers :)

Sergey,

developers are encouraged to add the resourcekey when creating the aspx page instead of the text attribute, thus minimizes the risk of missing resource keys.

Yes, it is clear for us. We also use "resourcekey". Problem is next:

1) We work with project. There are a lot of adds, deletes, renames, etc (you know what i mean).

2) At the end we have project with about 10 usercontrols.

3) We have to go to each usercontrol and add "resourcekey" for each WebContrl inside manually.

4) Then we have to create resource file for each usercontrol.

Steps 3 and 4 take a lot of time. This is why we have asked for tool what allows to make it faster. Since we did not find the tool, we have started to develop our own (we will public it for common use soon).
