Hi, I'm creating an intranet site that will be used by four different regions, and I'd like the users from each region to have information presented to them for their region, e.g. weather feed that relates to their region- REGION A (give a module view permissions to that role only) So the way I was thinking of doing it was to allow users when registering to select from a list of 4 security roles to enable them to choose their region, and therefore allow me to automatically display the correct content to them. Is this possible? Thanks.

You might be able to do it via RSVP links to allow them to register specifically for the role, as long as you mark it "Public"
