Upgraded from 3.1.0 to 3.2.2, all seemed to have gone well, except for the fact that i can't add/delete/edit any pages; although modules can be added/deleted/edited?

Existing content was returned with missing images/icons and page management returns the following error message:-

Error: Page Management is currently unavailable.
