Hi guys!

I have a problem with dnn and i'm about to lost my mind! I installed it with no error (when I first try it, there were some errors about database collation when I use Turkish, but I solved it by using General_Latin_CI). Site installed successfully but when I log in with admin account I can't see admin menu. But I see admin and host menus with host account. But when I click any update button on dnn this error occures :

Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.PortalManagement.SiteSettings.cmdUpdate_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Please help me, this is my first time with dnn and I'm about to give up trying.. :(
