Hi

In the past I have used PHP websites so this is my first DNN website.

My question is this:

After installing the website successfully, I am left with a folder called "install", in other software I have always been told to delete this folder after install. But I cant see any such instruction for DNN.

Should I delete the install folder or not?

If not, does this not leave my website vulnerable?

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give to me

the install folder is usually kept, since it provides optional modules (and other extensions, if prepared) for easy installation, e.g. by selection in in Host :: Module Definitions or by installation using querystring (install/install.aspx?mode=installresources).
