Is there a problem with the update service?  I've tried from 3 computers on 2 networks and see the same thing.  All of the Module Version images come up missing.  For instance:

http://update.dotnetnuke.com/update.aspx?version=040400&modulename=DNN_Feedback

I seem to be seeing just a long list of missing images.  This is happening on several of my DNN portals.

Can you post link to your site here? Then will be more easy to find the problem.
