Being new to DNN, this may be old news, but I came across a tool that seems to work well for keeping my sites loaded. It is SmarterPing and can be downloaded at:

Of course you will need a machine that is on all of the time, but the nice thing about this is that it runs as a windows service and will ping the keepalive.aspx page at whatever intervals you specify. Oh its free also.

Anyway, Just thought I would pass it along.

IIS 7.5 has a 'application warmer' in it, so this isn't needed from iis 7.5 onward.
