Hello,

I've created a new skin (not my first one!) and I am having problems. I designed the skin in Dreamweaver because that's what seems to be so popular. It didn't seem any easier or different to me than using Microsoft Visual Web Developer.

Well, when I upload the skin, it tells me NO RED ERROR messages and seems to be uploaded, but when I go to try to apply the skin to a page, it doesn't appear. I  try to debug it in Microsoft Visual Studio and it keeps telling me the following error and won't load the page:

       There are build errors. Would you like to continue and run the last successful build?

Of course I do! But then I get this:

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The directive 'control' is unknown.

It doesn't like my first line of code, which is exactly copied and pasted from old skin. I even tried using the one from the Dreamweaver extensions automated thingy. I get only the same error.

This is the only build error. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I've been trying to fix this all day and it is so frustrating!
