Hi Mitch and Carlos. I looked into the server, any apps and performance like you suggested but didn't really find anything. I also looked at the scheduler in greater depth than I had before and I knew it had some issues but hadn't really messed with it as I didn't know what I would break by deleting the wrong ones. I got some help figuring out which ones to delete and also deleted the schedule history and zing. Back up and running. The symptoms had just not led me to think it would be a scheduler issue (3 days after doing anything on the site and only affecting comcast customers). So thanks for your direction. I am always appreciative of the help you all provide. P.S. thanks for setting me straight on the aliases, I had been worried they were going to cause trouble in past but now I feel better. Thanks again, Mike
