I have a site with different pages which require a user to login to see protected information. I'm curious if there's a way to have multiple redirects, depending on which page they are logging in from?

You can Create a page with link something like

https://www.mysite.com/tabid/1103/Default.aspx?returnurl=tabid/1102/Default.aspx

or if it is not good for you, then you need custom module. BTW: if you need small custom module, our team can develop it for you for free.
