We seem to have a similar problem -- if you could please send (margaret.meringolo@wylelabs.com)  or post the source code and install instructions for the mod it would be greatly appreciated.  We will let you know how it goes.

I'll take you up on your offer for the code.  I'm working on a provider  version to keep our AD in sync.  I'd be interesed in incorperating your changes.  Please send the code or a link  to it.  mrachrs@nu.com

I should have some new synching code done this weekend and will release another beta. Joe Brinkman caught some poorly thought out logic on my part that would/was hammering servers when they had a lot of DNN roles on a portal. I'm going to rework that function so that the database only gets hit a minimal number of times instead of once for every role.
