Hello,

I have to create content for DNN-based websites. The problem is that for every single action (editing modules, italicizing text, creating hyperlinks) I have to use my mouse. I can't even use TAB to jump from one field to the next, e.g. when setting table properties. There must be some other way to do this! Also, are there keyboard shortcuts you can use for standard DNN-actions? Generally, I am a DIY kind of guy, but please help ASAP because I am on the brink of developing a major RSI.

I think you're mainly referring to using the FCK editor. This is only slotted into DNN and not otherwise modified. There's a support forum for it here: http://www.fckeditor.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=6

I know it does have some shortcuts listed in the config file, but they appear to be the standard ones that you would already know:

Thanks for your reaction, I'll be checking that. I just discovered that it is at least in part a browser thing. I just downloaded Firefox 3 and all of a sudden, I am able to jump from field to field usin TAB, use downward arrow in a menu etc. Also, updating DNN webpages is A LOT quicker.
