I am looking for a form module that is either easy to use or have a great customer support if there comes to problems. Do any one have any recommendation?

I'll have to recommend Form Master from Code 5 systems.

I can't vouch for the customer support because it is one of the few modules that I have never needed any customer support for.

Which module you choose would depend on what you are looking to do.  One other thing I have learned is that the easier it is to use the less you are able to accomplish with it.

That being said I would first look at the core User Defined Table module to see if that will do what you want. The UDT module has come a long way in the last couple of years plus it is free.  Next I would look at sqlgridselectedview from www.tressleworks.com. This module has also come a long way - V4.0 is still free and the new version 5.0 is only $10.  The next easiest to use would indeed be Form Master. And if you want more abilities / features next would be Xmod.  Xmod has always been the best selling module on www.snowcovered.com due to it's extensive features, ease of use, and great support / documentation.

Hope this helps

Greg

I would like to thank you for the comment. I would like to create a form feature that on submit would send the information that fill out to the sales dept. that is not to complex that you have to program to install it. and of course buget matters
