Hi Sergey - Thank you for the information about AcuitiDP (Oracle Data Provider for DotNetNuke):

Just need to know about the AcuitiDP that, will the 3rd party modules works at the Oracle Data Provider? i.e. Ultra Media Gallery 5.2 and XMod 5.1 etc.

Regards - Muzammil

Hey Muzammil,

Unless explicitly stated on the company's web site for the product  (DNN Module) - it is safe to assume that the module does not support Oracle as its data provider. This would generally require you to buy the source version of the module and create the oracle data provider yourself. Again - this is general scenario. There may well be certain modules that come with support for this oracle DB provider.

Take care,

Ian

Would be good if you can ask at their support. Think it should be it their FAQs.

Ian Robinson - good information, appreciate.

As i would like to use many other third party modules, so i will not go for Oracle data provider.
I will try to upgrade MS SQL Server 7 with 2005.

There is another thought that, dose DNN 4.x support MS SQL Server 2008?

Thanks everyone for your Great help and information.

Goodluck
