I can't use the Compiled Module from the 4.8.4 starter kit to create a project in VS2008. I get the same message every time "Project Creation Failed".

The project files are created, but they are not added to the solution. If I try to manually add it, it wants to convert the vbproj file to a VS2008 format.

Is the starter kit not suitable for VS2008 development?
