Hello--  I followed all the instructions from the following link below and I am still getting the error    "Access to the path 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\dotnetnuke\web.config' is denied."    I am installing 4.8.4 and I am aware these instructions below are for 4.8.3-- any recommendations?

Does this mean there is defintely an error in my web.config file.  I am using SServer2005, below is where I made changes to the web.config file,, I commented out the SServer 2005 Express.  Any suggestions would be great, thank you for your time!

I had a similar error the other day. Ensure that the file permissions are set correctly and that either the ASPNET or Network Service account has the correct permissions. The application is not even reading the web.config file at this point so don't worry about connection strings for now.
