I have error

A critical error has occurred.
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

DanNT,

Can you give us any more information about your error message? when did it start appearing? are you developing a custom module? Or did you start getting this error in a DotNetNuke installation? A google search for "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005." returns several results, have you investigated any of these?

Luckily, it seems like a pretty specific error - are you in fact working with Excel programatically? If so, try this solution: http://blog.crowe.co.nz/archive/2006/03/02/589.aspx
