Hi!  Hopefully there is a DNN Big Brain who can help a newbie.

I just installed dnn3.2.2 today and was sailing along fine getting very excited about the possibilities... until... I added a language module (espanol).  I created the spanish text for my home page using the TEXT/HTML module, dropped in into the content pane and everthing seemed to work fine until I tried to switch back to English in the language selector dropdown list on the home page.  Now I get this error.

A critical error has occurred.
Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using <pages enableEventValidation="true"/> in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %> in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation.

I have deleted Espanol Language in Site Settings > Languages and the module still errors out.

I have tried to deleate the module in the home page but no no avail (Just gives the above error)

I have tried to deleate the entire home page to no avail (Just gives the above error)

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

I am replying to my ouw post here.

In case anyone else is ever faced with this problem, I was able to resolve it by stopping the website and restarting it in IIS admin console (Windows Server 2003).  Then I was able to log into the site as administrator and delete the entire page.  (I tried to delete just the module but I got the same error again).

I had to recreate the page but it was better than having to reinstall DNN which is what I thought I might have to do.

I would still be interested in knowing how to prevent this from happening in the first place if anyone knows.

Thanks
