Nina,
Three successive emails from me, all using a valid email account with address ending in *.net were sent on 6/4, 6/9, and 6/25. I know that you received the 6/4 email because you did acknowledge receipt of it, and said you would address the XFlex problem, but then I never heard from you. I remain perplexed as to why your replies to any of the successive emails failed because they were all from the same valid working email account with address ending in *.net, and should have worked just fine.
More importantly, of course, remains the substantive issue of your XFlex skin object, and it's failure to maintain state while navigating across various pages in the portal. I know that it is not any mistake on my part in using it within my portal because the XFlex control does not work "properly" on any of your websites (as of today's check) including either the skinsforsale.com/xflex site or the xd.com.au site. By working "properly", I mean what I explained in my initial post in this thread where I stated that the control should maintain state across various page requests because no user is going to reset the textsize control on each and every page request.
In the initial email to you regarding the XFlex problem, I offered my assistance in tracking down the source of the problem but cannot do so without access to source code. On the other hand, if you find and fix the problem, and then demo it properly on your various web sites, please let me know. I trust that you will issue a free update with the fix to all of your customers who have paid.
Thanks,
