it can be that the IUpgradeable was not running well.  Then you have some permission issues.  Not sure yet if it will fixed on the upcomming version.  But there was a thread in this forum with instruction to fix it.

I tried searching and everything I put in returned zero results.  Apparently I need search lessons.  Thank you for posting the link.
