Were getting a kernal32.exe fault when attempting the first run of DNN 4.8.3 on Win2003 R2. Has anyone seen this before? I haven't had much luck searching.

I know it says kernal32.exe, but are you running on a 64-bit system?

Found the problem.  The config was copied from the DEV environment , instead of using a fresh one.
