Is it possible to have the UDT send out a f0rm email when a record is edited.

Bascially I need to notify registered users if a record is edited

Thanks

Chris

sorry, this feature is currently not implemented. you will either need to wait for UDT 5 or implement it yourself.

I wouldn't know where to start, in creating this myself.

Is there any module that would just email the page to all registered users ?
Maybe a button I could put on the page that emails it as an HTML ? Thanks

I am currently not aware of a module, which sends out messages whenever a record is edited. you might ask in the "chat about it" forum for a solution.

If you are the only person adding records and have Administrator access you could alway just send a simple email (using the Newsletter module) with a link to the page with the UDT in the email. You could create a standard email so you didn't have to compose it more than once. Of course this only works if you are managing a small website and few UDT updates.
