I made a post containing the soultion, but it timed out. i hope I am not double posting. But here is the post again.

I have one easy but manual process for adding the "Friendly url" on your menu.
try
(1) Add the Friendly url tag in your web.config. (store.aspx points to tabid=55
<RewriterRule>
<LookFor>.*/store.aspx</LookFor>
<SendTo>~/default.aspx?tabid=55</SendTo>

</RewriterRule>

(2) Add the page normally but uncheck the “Include in menu” option

(3) Add another page but set it as external url i.e. http://yoursite.com/store.aspx" that points to the page you want using the "friendly url"

 Basically since the "Friendly url" works if you type it in, then if you call it as an external url it would work. I tested and it works.
