Why Store Menu, Store Account, Store Catalog, Store Mini Cart show the following error when I add a new module?

Store settings are not defined.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.MiniCart.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Does the default DotNetNuke Books Module a store module?

Sounds like you have not configured the Store Admin module. MAKE SURE, the Store Admin module is not on the same page as the other modules, or it won't work. Once you move that module, and fill in the Payment Gateway settings, your store should work fine.
